Step-by-Step Guide on Troubleshooting Your Huawei Solar Inverter Wi-Fi Connection

 

Step 1: Log into your FusionSolar account

 

 

Step 2: Click on to your profile settings

 

 

Step 3: Click on Device Commissioning

 

 

Step 4: Tap onto the "Connect" button

 

 

Step 5: Scan the QR Code on the right side of the inverter and join the inverter wi-fi

 

 

Step 6: Contact us for the log in details for your Inverter Wifi.

00000a is the default password for SUN2000L

Step 7: Check under Communication Status

A red Cross means that the inverter is disconnected from the router

 

 

Step 8: Click unto settings

Step 9: Click unto Router Connection Settings

 

 

Step 10: Tap the WLAN drop list and find your home wi-fi

 

Step 11: Select "Keep Trying Wi-Fi" when you're asked in the wi-fi configuration process

 

 

Step 12: Select Home Wi-Fi with available internet, enter the password and connect

 

 

Step 13: Wait till the connection is complete

 

 

Step 14: Confirm the successful connection

 

Step 15: Return to the last page

 

 

Step 16: Click on Management System Settings

 

 

Step 17: Tick this and connect

 

 

Step 18: Wait till the connection is completed

 

 

Step 19: All done!
